I totally understand the enthusiasm of folks wanting to be able to sell food items made in their homes. I only wonder though what the ramifications are for those of us who jumped through all the hoops and spent thousands of dollars getting commercial equipment, a commercial building and all of the licenses and insurance to sell the same product. One could say, oh what’s the harm in someone selling a few loaves of bread. But multiply that by lots of people selling a few loaves of bread (and at a much lower overhead) and it indeed could become problematic for those who have invested life savings into starting a commercial business. It will be interesting to see how it pans out and if any folks are eventually forced out of business.
